Borage, Blue

We think there's an easy answer to the great debate about whether borage flowers taste like cucumbers or oysters. Pick off only the blue petals and you'll get stronger cucumber notes. Eat the petals along with the calyx and you'll get more of the sea breezy smell and after taste of oysters with a refreshing cucumber finish.
