It looks like a turnip, grows like a radish, but couldn't be farther from either. This curiously white beet is surprisingly less earthy and noticeably sweeter than typical market beets, similar to our Badger Flame beet's profile. It resembles a diced onion when cubed and roasted for a fun roasted veggie platter.
Please note: our full-size beets ship with tops removed for shelf-life and reducing shipping costs.
