Order Minimum

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BEGIN STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF MINIMUMS ON JAN 24, 2025 AND HAVE BEGUN SENDING WEEKLY EMAIL REMINDERS.

The minimum order is $200 (as a total weekly spend amount) except if you are adding on to an existing order, and exempt accounts will remain exempt from the minimum.

For example, if you place two separate orders in the same one-week period for $160 and $80, this meets the minimum requirement. Bear in mind that they will incur separate shipping costs if they are delivered on separate days (we typically combine multiple orders placed on the same day by default to avoid this).

We appreciate your understanding, as we believe this difficult decision is the right move to provide the highest level, one-step-ahead customer service that we have striven for but have not successfully delivered while simultaneously advancing our efforts in reducing our carbon footprint.

Please note:
1. Exempt accounts will continue to be exempt from minimums.
2. Addon orders are also exempt from minimums (If you're a regular customer you'll automatically be able to check out, so please contact us if you're unable to.).

We understand this may impact some of you. If you're finding it challenging to meet our minimum order, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We'll collaborate with you to identify other products that align with your menu's needs, or we'll happily connect you with one of our many distributor partners who can continue to provide you with our products.

Billing & Payments

We do not accept direct payments online. Terms are generally Net 30 and you'll receive your final invoice 1-2 business days after the delivery date via email.

At this time, the email you log into your account is the default email our system sends invoices to. Please contact us if you wish to change your billing email address as we must manually update it until our automated billing system is fully operational later this year.
