Order Minimum (Effective Jan 24, 2025)

Our order minimum is $200 per delivery (based on your product subtotal, before shipping). A per-delivery minimum keeps our packing and shipping efficient and our footprint low, which helps us keep serving you well. Exempt accounts remain exempt.

Because orders can't be changed once they're submitted, we measure the minimum per delivery rather than per individual order. Any orders that go out together on the same delivery are combined toward the $200. For example, a $160 order and an $80 order shipping on the same delivery come to $240 together and meet the minimum.

Want to add to an order? Just place another order for the same delivery. Orders placed before our daily 3:00 PM Pacific cutoff ship the next business day, so as long as your add-on goes in before that same cutoff, it rides along on the same delivery and counts toward the minimum. There's no need to reach $200 on any single order.

Billing & Payments

We do not accept direct payments online. Terms are generally Net 15 and you'll receive your final invoice 1-2 business days after the delivery date via email.

At this time, the email you log into your account is the default email our system sends invoices to. Please contact us if you wish to change your billing email address as we must manually update it until our automated billing system is fully operational later this year.
