You'll receive your order in 2 business days from the day you place your order on our web by the daily cutoff time of 3:00 PM PST.

We pick-pack-and-ship to order and do not "stock" on our shelves in order to delivery at the highest quality on arrival and maximize shelf-life.
Shipping Schedule
We ship out on Mondays through Thursdays in order to deliver on Tuesdays through Fridays, respectively (via overnight service). Please contact us for alternative arrangements if you are a distributor, picking up, etc. Arrangements remain subject to normal order cutoff and lead times.
- We do not ship on Fridays as carriers generally do not deliver on weekends.
- As Carriers do not pick up on weekends either, we do not deliver on Mondays.*
* We're working on enabling pickup on Mondays for distributors in the near future. Stay tuned for news.
Order Tracking
Please check your email for order tracking information. At this moment only the email used to log in will receive tracking numbers but we expect to provide tracking through multiple emails and text messages through contacts of your choosing.
Carriers typically deliver between 10:00AM - 3:00PM local time but your mileage will vary depending on their routes, traffic, etc. If your status is showing anything other than "Out For Delivery" by the morning of your delivery date, please contact our customer concierge by phone or email for additional information.
