Aptly named "Root Beer Plant" for its resemblance to root beer's combination of licorice, wintergreen, and sarsaparilla. Native to Mexico and South America, the broad leaf is commonly used to wrap fish and is otherwise used fresh as drying will diminish its flavor.
Size Guide:
Medium: ~6-8" leaf size stem-tip, ~4-5" wide.
Large: ~9-11" leaf size stem-tip, ~6-8" wide.
