Carrot, Black Nebula

Cooler growing conditions result in a solid near-black core and skin. Warmer growing conditions produce a small white nebula-shaped center. Exceptional flavor and sweetness, and holds almost all of its deep purple color even when cooked. The juice stains easily enough to be used as a dye.
