It looks like a turnip, grows like a radish, but couldn't be farther from either. This curiously white beet is surprisingly less earthy and noticeably sweeter than typical market beets, similar to our Badger Flame beet's profile. Yeti Beet kept from oxidizing, at least in the ~1 hour of testing, and it resembles a diced onion when cubed and roasted.
