Ideas | #GnDSpigariello | Inspiration
Spigariello is a cross between broccoli and kale and tastes how you might expect such a cross to taste. Of the two types, our spigariello riccia with its serrated frilly leaves is the more difficult to find and its peculiar geometry lends itself to a satisfying snap in every bite.
Quick tip for use:
Remove stems and sautee lightly, braise, or toss into stews. Treat as you would kale or broccoli.
SSaM™ leaves range from about 6-8" top to bottom, ideal for wraps.
