G&D NEXT: Yuzu Blossom
Hints of jasmine, young lily flower, and orange blossom on the nose are accompanied by soft peppery notes on the palate. The surprisingly hardy petals and pistils taste unmistakably like fresh green yuzu, only more pronounced. Available only for a short couple of weeks during the year, the buds and flowers hold very well to candying and preserving.
