Peppery, nectary, versatile leaves from a plant whose every part is not only edible but delicious including its multi-colored flowers (available here), stems, and even seeds that are often treated like capers. Bulk packed leaves are the ideal cost effective option for processing large amounts of nasturtium leaves for vinegars, oils, pestos, or sauces.
** Please expect cosmetic damage such as scarring, minor bruising and misshapen leaves but otherwise completely usable leaves, stems, and possibly few flowers. Sizing will vary significantly.
