SSaM™

SSaM™ (pronounced "sahm") literally means "wrap" in Korean. It's a millenia-old traditional Korean meal of leafy greens with rice, protein, and a dollop of ssamjang, a soy bean paste condiment.

We grow a diverse range of one to two bite wrap-sized greens. From tart, savory, sweet, bitter, floral, to peppery you'll find them all here.

SSaM™ leaves range from about 6-8" top to bottom.
