Ripens through green and gold into a deep persimmon-orange, cherry-sized and dense on the vine. Skin is smooth and snappier than Sungold's and similar to our Acid Trip tomato's, with a bite that opens fruity, honeyed, and faintly apricot, then finishes savory in a way most tomatoes never do: closer to warm olive oil than to fruit.
