Caper pods, nasturtium pods, radish pods, and now, Green Garlic Pods--the sweet, garlicky, tender pods that pop like caviar even after pickling them. But don't let that stop you from fresh eating or wherever a pop of sweet, peppery, garlicky garnish really finishes the dish.
Please note that minimal brown pods and some dry buds are normal.
