Pronounced "chom-weh", the Korean Melon and its edible soft pulp, seeds, and crisp white cucumber-like flesh taste like honeydew with hints of banana. Removal of the pulp and seeds is optional, but they contain much of the jammy, syrupy flavor. Please peel before eating.
