They're about as ugly as spinach gets but their deeply savoyed, broad and thick leaves make for a superior texture and spinachy flavor that few other types can match. Korean spinach is saturated with minerals to the point that their accumulation is visible as white powder in these photos.

Bunching size spinach are fully mature, larger-leaf specs. Korean Spinach is also available in small and bulk packs of KinderGreen spec.
